946,583 shirts. One color at a time.

54,728 screen print jobs. Nearly a million units pulled by hand in Charlotte. That's not production — that's craft repeated until it becomes muscle memory.

There's a moment every screen printer knows. Ink hits fabric, squeegee pulls across the mesh, and something that didn't exist a second ago does now. It's not digital. It's not instant. It's craft.

At PrintBliss, we've had that moment 946,583 times. Fifty-four thousand, seven hundred and twenty-eight jobs over 14 years — each one set up by hand, each color registered, each run checked. Screen printing is slower than the alternatives. It requires more setup, more skill, more presence. We do it anyway, because the result is different. You can feel it.

We run DTG when a job calls for it — 30 jobs total, 263 units. That's not a knock on the process. It just tells you something about what Charlotte keeps coming back for. Nearly a million times, someone needed something built right. We put ink to mesh, mesh to shirt, and made it.

Nearly a million shirts. That's what screen printing looks like at PrintBliss over 14 years. Not a million clicks. A million pulls. Color by color, screen by screen, job by job. People ask me why we still lead with screen print when there are faster ways to do this. I tell them — go feel the difference. That ink isn't sitting on top of the fabric. It's in it. We've run 54,728 screen print jobs in this shop. That's not a number I'm proud of because it's big. I'm proud of it because every single one was done right.
